Fitness Pilates
Fitness Pilates is an exercise class based on the original Joseph Pilates exercise's that has been modified to help improve today's postural problems.
The roots are in fitness and is an excellent total body workout to help improve core strength and posture. It is a contemporary approach to an ancient format.
Fitness Pilates can be done as a one to one session at your house or in a small group, may be 2 or 3 friends together. We only need a mat so no equipment neccessary.
